Functionality
This block allows to add custom byline block.
Allows to Display date, updated date, publish or both.
Allows to Display post author or enter custom text as an author
Allows to DisplayCustom author role
Allows to hide author if there is an need for it.
Allows to add link to the custom author.
The block is pretty simple, which allows to easy style or edit it.

I added function for type of the date and fixed depricated deeps and some incorrect display.
