Forms with endpoint to Superoffice and Helthjem

Functionality

Block that renders as react component, and pushes different forms from the frontend to our own backend api, which again pushes to SuperOffice.

Based on the form, it also orders a catalogue directly from a norwegian service called helthjem

Notes

This is a very site specific block since it is supposed to work on all the “projects” on hellvikhus, which is basically subsites. And then it should work on their cabin site, which is also in the multisite, but detached from the subsite situation.
